At Crown Center Executive Suites, the health, safety, and well-being of our workspace community remain our top priority. We’re committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and professional environment where you, your team, and your guests can feel confident and cared for every day.
The use of our facilities
We ask that guests and team members refrain from using the facilities if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness.
Common areas are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day. Hand sanitizer dispensers and touchless paper towel stations are available in all shared spaces for your convenience.
We encourage everyone to help us maintain a healthy workspace by following good hygiene practices and being considerate of others.
Common Area & Building Protocols
Our shared areas, including kitchens, lobbies, and meeting spaces, are thoughtfully arranged to promote comfort and ease of use.
Meeting rooms and day offices are cleaned and refreshed after each use, including tables, chairs, and equipment.
We continue to review and enhance our cleaning protocols to support a safe, welcoming, and productive workspace for all.
Indoor Air Quality
Our campus management team maintains strong building hygiene and air quality standards. Private offices and shared areas are well-ventilated through split-system HVAC units with MERV-13 filters, which run continuously for maximum air circulation.
Our janitorial team uses EPA-registered disinfectants and provides frequent cleaning of high-touch surfaces, such as:
- Elevator buttons, door handles, stair railings, and light switches
- Tables, counters, appliance handles, and faucets in shared areas
- Restrooms, fitness areas, and other amenities throughout the property
- Restroom doors leading to common hallways are propped open whenever possible to reduce touchpoints, and waste bins are conveniently located for paper towel disposal.

- Cover your cough or sneeze with your arm or sleeve
- Dispose of tissues promptly and sanitize your hands afterward
- Stay home if you are feeling unwell
