The following terms apply to the complimentary Intro Video Sessions offered as part of the **Crown Center Podcast Studio Pre-Grand Opening Event on March 19.
Event Registration
Registration for the pre-grand opening event does not guarantee a complimentary video session. Attendees may indicate their interest during registration, and Crown Center Executive Suites will contact participants to confirm availability. Due to time limitations, only eight recordings will be scheduled during the event. If all recording slots are filled, attendees can schedule a consultation to discuss future recording opportunities..
Session Format
The complimentary Intro Video Session includes a brief 10–15 minute filming session using the Crown Center Podcast Studio setup.
The session is designed for a short introduction-style recording, such as introducing a business, professional services, or personal brand.
Sessions will follow a standardized recording format to ensure all scheduled participants can be accommodated during the event.
Video Delivery
Participants will receive a single shareable video clip recorded during their session.
Additional editing, branding customization, or alternative formats may be available through Konstrumedia as a separate service.
Scheduling
Recording times will be scheduled in advance or coordinated during the event depending on availability. Crown Center Executive Suites reserves the right to adjust scheduling as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Participants who are unable to complete their session within the scheduled timeframe may be offered the opportunity to schedule a future recording session, subject to availability.
Promotional Use
By participating in the complimentary Intro Video Session, attendees grant permission for Crown Center Executive Suites and Konstrumedia to use recorded footage, images, or clips for promotional and marketing purposes, including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
Participants who prefer not to appear in promotional materials may notify the event organizers in advance.
Availability
The complimentary Intro Video Session is offered as a limited promotional opportunity for the pre-grand opening event and may not be combined with other offers or promotions.
Crown Center Executive Suites reserves the right to modify or discontinue the promotion if necessary.
