Founder and wellness practitioner Tarrhea brings more than 20 years of experience in the massage and wellness industry. Her journey into the profession began during her teenage years after her mother suffered a massive stroke.

Witnessing firsthand the role physical, occupational, and massage therapy played in her mother’s recovery inspired Tarrhea to pursue a career focused on helping others heal. Through years of hands-on experience and continuing education, she has developed a holistic approach centered on restoring balance to the body, mind, and spirit.

Today, Tarrhea works with clients from all walks of life, helping them manage stress, relieve tension, improve flexibility, and support their overall wellness goals.
