HAVE YOU HEARD OF JASON SWENK?
After a stint with one of Big 5 consulting firms, Jason Swenk changed directions, quit his job and launched a digital marketing agency that quickly grew to a multi-million dollar operation working with some of the most recognizable brands.
Swenk changed directions again and now runs a unique consultancy. We recently discovered him on YouTube where he has a channel including entertaining and informative videos to help “marketing agencies start, scale, enjoy, and sell their agency.”
#ASKSWENK
Jason answers questions in a segment called #AskSwenk, and we had to share this particular episode when a follower, Walt, asks: “How do you know when it’s time to move out of your office and lease an office space?” Swenk’s gets a little help when answering Walt’s question. (If you are a parent, you might be familiar with the type of help he gets!)
In the end, Swenk gets down to business and talks about how getting an office was the right decision for him when he started his agency. But times are different, and he also shares his thoughts on how agencies are CRUSHING it with remote teams. Of course, we have our opinion about when it’s time to lease office space, but you really should watch this video for Swenk’s perspective on WHEN SHOULD YOU MOVE OUT OF YOUR HOME OFFICE?
For Jason Swenk followers out there, we have another option for you.
There are plenty of Business Centers that offer flexible terms on executive suites, day offices, meeting rooms, and shared space (not just the vibe-y co-working space variety either). In many cases, you have the option of renting this space by the hour, day, week, or month. Business Centers allow you to have a professional work environment on-demand so that you can scale up (or down) without having to change your business address. Many Business Centers will also also negotiate package rates for these workspaces. At least that is what we do! If you have more questions about flex space, feel free to reach to the Crown Center Executive Suites and we’ll tell you how it works.
