This month, we’re featuring Dr. Luan Menda, founder of Intentional Connections and a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in myofascial release.

Dr. Luan Menda takes a gentle, hands-on approach to physical therapy, looking beyond an individual symptom to understand how the body is functioning as a whole. Each treatment session is customized to the client’s needs, goals and areas of concern.

Her work primarily incorporates myofascial release, along with traditional physical therapy and visceral manipulation when appropriate. These techniques may help clients experiencing chronic pain, postural imbalances, limited range of motion and other conditions affecting comfort and function.

“I want each person to feel heard and supported,” Dr. Menda explains. “Treatment is not one-size-fits-all. It is about understanding the individual and helping the body move toward greater balance.”
